Not one, but TWO Superstars this week, and one very happy birthday!

3, 2, 1, BLAST OFF!

We learned all about astronauts Leland Melvin and Mae Jemison and what it is like in space.  The students recalled what the force was that keeps us on the ground – they all yelled “gravity!” when we asked what force was missing from space. We counted down from 10 in the hall with our buddies and tried to blow our rockets as far as they would go!
